Renshi was formed with the sole purpose of helping people realise their mental and physical potential.
We believe there is no such thing as too old, too weak or too scared. Everyone deserves the chance to see the best versions of themselves in spite of age, gender, race and ability. There are no limits to you.
Renshi is a form of art, self-defence and self-exploration using proven ancient Chinese practices such as Tai Chi, Wushu and Qigong to help each practitioner find balance.
