This class is suitable for ages 16+, but all are welcome.

Training

Dragon classes are a stress relieving, but challenging experience as you go through multiple sets of ancient routines designed to stretch, strengthen and relieve your body of imbalances and restrictions as well as improve fitness, balance and coordination.

Learn Yang Style, Chen Style, Southern Style and a variety of the best traditional Qigong routines
